For a huge Lakers fan, there was no other color choices than Purple and Gold! We had chosen the perfect gold and purple papers but were unable to find a patterned paper that had the perfect Laker’s colors. Our solution was to custom design a masculine stripe pattern that was used for the invitation and envelope liner (and matched up perfectly when the invitation was in the envelope!). The front of the invitation is typeset to have a formal and elegant feel while the back of the invitation had the inserts tucked into a pocket that created a youthful, sporty feel the Bar Mitzvah boy wanted! The perfect giveaway for a Laker themed Bar Mitzvah? A gold duffel bag with Sammy’s “Laker” logo on it! This was a giveaway sure to be used over and over again!

Austin
Not only was Austin a die-hard Basketball fan, but so was his whole family! Incorporating basketballs was a MUST, as was sending out an elegant invitation to this black tie event. The invitation itself was engraved in silver on navy metallic paper, then layered onto a light silver paper that had a basketball pattern lightly printed on it. Everything was put together in a metallic charcoal pocketfold and finished with a basketball covered silver seal. The result was the perfect blend of classiness and a passion for basketball!

Henry
Henry's mom came to us with many samples of invitations made out of Lucite which were very sleek and contemporary. She loved this look but did not want send out an invitation that looked like what everyone else had done. Using a brushed silver metallic paper that actually looks like metal and duplexing it to ultra-thick black mat board made this invitation unique, while using modern fonts and square bullets made the invitation modern. It was the mailing of the invitation though that created the impact; it was sent in a black bubble mailer with coordinating brushed silver metallic labels! To say their guests were "wowed" is an understatement!

For a family known for sending out "wow" invitations, we knew we had to do something very unique! Once they mentioned they wanted an "all natural theme", we knew it was the perfect opportunity to create an invitation using unconventional materials. The invitation was laser engraved into real cherry wood and the reception and response cards were lithographed onto cherry wood veneer. Dark brown, heavy card stock envelopes were custom converted and addressed using a tan label printed with a wood grain and the guests address. The look was carried through to the event with the escort cards which were printed on the wood veneer with the guests names on the front and the table number on the back.

Staying true to our belief that an invitation does not have to be printed on paper – this invite is pretty in pink leather! Hot pink and white leather were sewn together and silk screened in white ink on the pink side. The “i” in Lindsay was dotted with a Swarovski crystal for a little touch of bling! For the inserts and thank you note, pink metallic paper was printed in hot pink to match the invitation. The invitation went into a white leather envelope, which was lined in the same light pink metallic paper. The final touch was an “L” printed on the same hot pink leather, layered onto the pink metallic paper and placed onto the back of the envelope!

A bright and bubbly invitation for a bright and bubbly Bat Mitzvah girl! Keeping everything coordinated, we used turquoise and lime green ink and papers mounted on white Lucite. Following the trend that the back of the invitation can be used as well - a lime green band holds the direction and response card neatly in the back. They were then mailed in a white mailing box with lime green crinkle and a coordinating label. The bubble elements were carried through to the menus, escort cards, giveaways, kippas and sign in book- this was a party that was truly branded from beginning to end!

Only a large jewelry box Cartier/Tiffany themed invitation would do for this Bat Mitzvah girl to compliment her jewelry themed Bat Mitzvah! The invitation is printed in red and black with a strand of pearls draped over it. Reception inserts and the response set were mounted on postcards by French artist Erte. The Cartier look alike jewelry box went inside of another box which was put in a personalized bag with the Bat Mitzvahs girl name on it. The only thing to top this invite was that delivery men dressed as butlers were used to drop off the bags and Invitations at their guests house!

A love for modern art was the inspiration for this three color engraved invitation on quadruple thick bright white cotton paper. The Bar Mitzvah boy was a fan of the work of a modern artist he had seen at MOMA in NYC, and we used a poster of the artists work as the inspiration. The fonts as well as ink colors matched the look of the artwork to a tee! The invitation and it’s coordinating cards were wrapped in vellum and closed with a custom wax seal. Because of the impressive size of the invitation and all three of its inserts - a custom envelope was created. Stamps bearing the initials of the Bar Mitzvah boy and digital calligraphy using the same font as the invitation, were used to complete the entire package!

Watch out for this Bat Mitzvah girl who is a future prima ballerina! Only tutus, slippers and pale pink would do for this very formal elegant affair! Gold paper and pink was the basis for this two color letter press tri-fold invitation. A matching light pink and gold, hand dyed silk ribbon held the inserts on the inside while creating a beautiful bow on the outside. The gold and pink, and of course the Ballet theme, was carried through to the event, using pale pink satin ribbons and Pointe shoe escort cards!
